14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our software within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund. This applies to our SaaS product subscriptions (e.g. GeoShifting, PlantBuddy), regardless of the plan you choose.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You are a first-time subscriber (refunds are limited to one per customer)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • The software has critical technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Subscription renewals (only initial subscriptions qualify for the 14-day guarantee)
  • Requests made after the 14-day period
  • Additional user fees or add-on services purchased separately
  • Custom development work or professional services
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Pro-rated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via email at support@moskaisoft.com or through our contact form.
  • Include: your account email, Order/Transaction ID (if available), reason for the request, and any relevant details about technical issues.
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation terms:

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations. You retain access until your subscription expires.
  • Canceling prevents future automatic renewals and charges.
  • After cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your account and data may be permanently deleted.
  • You can reactivate before the end of the current billing period without losing data.
  • Export any important data before your subscription expires. We are not responsible for data loss after account termination.

Special Circumstances

Technical issues: If you experience critical technical issues, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of the 14-day window.

Fraudulent charges: If you believe you have been charged fraudulently or in error, contact us immediately at legal@moskaisoft.com. We will investigate promptly.

Service interruptions: In the event of extended outages beyond our control, we may offer credits or refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Payment Processing via Lemon Squeezy

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com), our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, tax compliance, and billing inquiries. When you request a refund, Lemon Squeezy will process it according to their procedures and issue the refund to your original payment method. For billing-related questions or disputes, you may also contact Lemon Squeezy directly through their support channels.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks can have serious consequences for both parties. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team: your account will be immediately suspended, all access will be terminated, you may be subject to additional fees, and future service may be denied. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing disputes fairly and quickly. Please give us the opportunity to address your concerns before pursuing a chargeback.
